TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT/REFUNDS
• Payment in USD via PayPal and Google Pay ONLY.
• Client pays full payment at the start.
• I can give a full refund before the work is done or if I am unable to finish the piece due to personal reasons.
• Partial refunds are given if I am halfway done; no refund is given if I am 75%-100% done with the piece.
• You can cancel the commission at any time.
PROCESS
• Please fill out the commission form.
• I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason (ex: if it makes me uncomfortable or too complicated).
• Please give visual references and as many details as you can about mood, poses, colors, etc.
• Client can make as much changes during the sketch phase as they like.
• 4 minor changes can be made after payment. Larger changes will be an additional charge depending on the change.
• Deadlines aren't given unless client and I decide and agree upon it.

PERSONAL USE
• DO NOT CLAIM my work as your own.
• Credit must be given towards me for the piece.
• Commissioned art is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Using it to create personal merchandise, like prints and buttons, to NOT SELL is okay.
• Commissioned art cannot be sold for profit.
• You are allowed to use commissioned art as profile pictures, banners, etc. with credit. You may crop and/or resize for this matter.
• I have the right to publish all commissioned art to my website unless told otherwise (Please contact me if you don't want it publicized).
MAILING
• USPS is the mailing service I use for mailing physical items.
• Regular mailing takes typically 3-5 shipping days. This can be subject to change. Please contact further for expedited shipping.
• A tracking number is an additional cost.
• I ONLY ship in the United States.
